It's affordable, clean, quiet living within the city of Springdale. Close enough to Shopping and entertainment yet far enough away to be relatively peaceful.
The Maintenance staff are timely and very knowledgeable, the Office personal are very friendly and easy to deal with

I like the quietness, no stomping above me, low utility bills, don't have to deal with springdale water. People leave me alone. Its generally located to shopping, friends and family. However, the light outside my apartment doesn't work, but then again, how many blondes does it take to change it? LOL Apparently more than one.
Keystone crossing has friendly management and they are there to make sure you get what you are expecting in an apartment or studio, The location is really great with convenient places located near. Everything is clean and up to date which provides for a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Keystone Crossing is a great apartment complex that i would recommend to anyone.
The apartment is really nice, all my appliances were new, or fairly new, and my rent is VERY affordable, especially for how nice the place is. I haven't received my first electric bill yet so I don't know what to say about that. I have a studio and its perfect for just me, but I am considering getting a one bedroom next time around. I am downstairs and I can hear my neighbors walking above me sometimes, but it doesn't bother me. I love that I can have my dog there. I was really worried about safety since I'm on my own for the first time, but I've been here less than a week and I'm already not as worried. I like that its really close to 412 and 71 Business, but far enough away that you don't have to worry about traffic.
I'd tell them my overall experience is good. The only complaint I would have is that the maintenance people can be a little slow, but they still do a good job.
That I have been happy in my short time here, no problems with residents,apt. management, thefts. I enjoy the fact that my rent is cheap even though i have a great paying job it keeps more money in my pocket. I would advise them to check into an apt. here. I know not every resident will be the greatest but most are good people.

I like the fact, I am never bother by people trying to sell magizines or papers or just random things. Did I say like? No, I love the quiet and peace of living at keystone Crossing. I have already recommended you to fellow friends and co workers.
Overall I would rate the complex as really good, been there 3 months and no trouble so far. Feel safe living there and have had no incidents which can and do occur no matter if you live in an apt. complex or a luxury neighborhood. Being I work for the govt. and recently transferred to Springdale from a high rent area of Colorado you can't beat the rent, its cheap and for a newer apt. its a value. Overall good place to live.Washer and dryer in every apt. is unbeatable.
I couldn't think of a better name for this review, but hey, I like my apartment and everyone is nice. Guess I am a big girl living on my own in the small city of Springdale. I like when you say 1298, people know Electric ave. I think you all do a great job answering my stupid questions, cause I know I have them. I wish the neigbors upstairs were less jumpy but hey, we can't have a prefect exsistance. Pretty close though, so thank you.
